FREE VIRTUAL TRAINING: APRIL 30, 2023, SUNDAY AT 8PM EST.

Nourishing our bodies is primal.

Eating is tied so much to our culture.

Our identity.

We learn so many lesson watching our moms or grandmas in the kitchen.

Observing techniques.

Listening. Absorbing.

Little sponges.

Perceptions.

Values.

They brush off on us along with the recipes.

What we should eat. What we shouldn’t eat.

Right alongside how to make grandma’s secret recipe.

One of the first things most of us consider when trying to “get healthy” is how we need to alter what, when, or how much we are eating.

We google information on the newest version of whatever diet is considered “healthy” this year…

Is it Whole30? Paleo? Low fat? AIP?

Take your pick…

We order a few cookbooks. Make a list. A plan. Dive in.

A few weeks later, we are totally exhausted and batteries drained.

Defeated.

Too much inflammation leaves us perpetually on Empty.

There’s no energy to get through a “normal” day let alone add anything else to the mix.

By the end of the day, despite our best intentions, we end up in the fast-food drive-thru on our way home, feel guilty, beat ourselves up and the cycle continues.

I want you to stop for a minute and imagine what it would be like without the constant brain chatter around food?

What you will do with all of that mental space and energy?

What if you had that extra bandwidth to enjoy your life rather than worry about what is for dinner every night…?

Woof…

And then factor in our beliefs about food.

The stories we were told…

Not only do we need a reality check on the ACTUAL science…

But we also have so much UN-learning to do with our mindset…

So… where do we start?

Well, you can join me on Sunday evening at 8 PM EST.

I am going to share the KEY STRATEGIES that have been INSTRUMENTAL in sustainably shifting our family’s approach to nourishment.
