Express Environmental Allergy/Immunotherapy Consultation — $250

For individuals considering ILIT immunotherapy or environmental allergy treatments.  

What’s Included:

  • Obtaining and reviewing necessary outside records
  • A scheduled visit of 25 minutes.
  • A detailed review of your medical history, outside records, imaging, current concerns and symptoms, and a virtual exam (*if in person exam is recommended we will discuss options)
  • Necessary laboratory and imaging tests will be ordered at this visit
  • A 15-minute follow-up phone call within 30 days to review the results of testing ordered at the visit and confirm the next steps. Any further in-person visits will require membership or fee-for-service.
  • Cost can be applied toward ILIT treatment or membership

 

What’s NOT included:

The charge for your visit does NOT include the following unless the patient decides to schedule a follow-up or enroll in a membership plan:

  • Prescriptions for new medications unless the patient chooses to continue care with Dr. Wada. Medication changes may be recommended during the consultation.
  • Access to Dr. Wada and the team via text/email or patient portal.
  • Additional phone conversations with Dr. Wada aside from the included 15-minute follow-up call.

SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION

Standard Comprehensive New Patient Evaluation — $500

For individuals with allergies, asthma, immune dysfunction, and stable autoimmune conditions.

  

What’s Included:

  • Obtaining and reviewing necessary outside records
  • A scheduled visit of 50 minutes.
  • A detailed review of your medical history, outside records, imaging, current concerns and symptoms, and a virtual exam (*if in person exam is recommended we will discuss options)
  • Necessary laboratory and imaging tests will be ordered at this visit
  • A 15-minute follow-up phone call within 30 days to review the results of testing ordered at the visit and confirm the next steps. Any further in-person visits will require membership or fee-for-service.
  • Cost can be applied toward ILIT treatment or membership

For individuals with complex, multi-system conditions needing a deep-dive assessment.

 

What’s Included:

  • Obtaining and reviewing necessary outside records
  • A scheduled visit of 110 minutes.
  • A detailed review of your medical history, outside records, imaging, current concerns and symptoms, and a virtual exam (*if in person exam is recommended we will discuss options)
  • Necessary laboratory and imaging tests will be ordered at this visit
  • A 15-minute follow-up phone call within 30 days to review the results of testing ordered at the visit and confirm the next steps. Any further in-person visits will require membership or fee-for-service.
  • Cost can be applied toward ILIT treatment or membership

Out-of-Network Benefits: We are able to create a Superbill upon request but cannot guarantee reimbursement since each insurance plan varies considerably.
