I jumped on the TikTok trend a few weeks ago and made a video about the 5 things I would never do as an allergist/immunologist and then turned it into a blog that was featured on KevinMD.com! If you missed it, you can check it out here

I thought I would repeat this exercise from the role of a Sjogren’s and autoimmune patient and share them here with you here today.

This is a bit of a teaser because I am going to be digging into each of these recommendations in the next few blog post including fun facts, helpful tips, and strategies my clients, patients and I have found helpful.

If you have a friend or loved one who you think would find these helpful, please forward this post their way!
