Here's how I'll help you have the 2021 (and beyond) you want:

Week 1: Build a Strong Foundation

Do not pass go ... do not collect $200 until you do this. We will get to know where you are struggling, get intentional about defining your goals and creating a personalized action plan.

Months 1-3: Food is medicine

Your body needs fuel but you crave something flexible that is going to adapt to your evolving needs. Through Nourish to Flourish, explore non-restrictive, anti-inflammatory nutrition with Jenifer Therani, MS RD.

  • 6 anti-inflammatory eating education modules
  • 6 expert led live nutrition question and answer sessions
  • 2 weeks of food journal reviews to determine trigger foods
  • Suite of handouts and resources

Month 4: Rest is Medicine

Building a daily rhythm and routine is paramount in healing.  We will focus on optimizing your rest & recovery habits by focusing on sleep, recreation and recharging.

Month 5: Movement is Medicine

Science shows that exercise is beneficial but there can be too much of a good thing too. When you're tired, burned out and hurting, it is a struggle to find the time, energy or frankly, motivation to just get started. 

Month 6: Flourishing Forever!

You've done all the necessary work. Now, you get to fine tune, adjust, adapt and become even more attuned to your body, mind and spirit.
